What Project HydraFusion actually did in my coding agents
I made Project HydraFusion the model for my Copilot CLI subagents for a release cycle, then re-ran four past code reviews against Claude Opus and against Qwen3.8 Flash-Next Coder on two GPUs at home. The local model was the surprise.
